I will definitely wait until version 2.2 before releasing the German translation (if I am allowed to).
As for the loading screens, perhaps Hedin can help with his plugin for integrating the texts. With the "Guilds" mod, I was able to display these texts in German in the loading screens.

I didn't know how the display was done until now. I only know that I have translated the displayed texts in the translation csv file. Here they are probably (unfortunately) integrated directly into the images.
