Global FOOK features:
* Amputation when looting improved: Mantidae, Radscorpions, Bark Scorpions, and Deathclaws. More soon.
* Options menu: Non-NVSE menu item is ready/working along with the first few options. It can be used with the proper FOOK inventory item.
* Optional achievement removal.
* [WIP] Explosive/Non-Explosive vehicles option for those who miss blowing 'em up. Many of the placed cars/buses don't blow up by default.
Activators:
* Ash & Goo Piles now scripted to disappear when their Cell is reset (usually after 4 days).
* Shotgun trap will now always grant you a shotgun when deactivated.
* Mailbox and Baby Carriages traps fixed to check if your skill is equal or above the required skill rather than just above.
Ingestibles:
* All the food & drugs items were re-Weighted. Drugs will now have Weight, while food and drinks will usually weight less than in Vanilla.
* Stimpaks & Super Stimpaks use glowy meshes.
Armors:
* Many Legacy armors added.They can be found in the FOOK QA boxes in Doc Mitchell's house. They are balanced and integrated like the vanilla items (repairable, used by the right perks, etc.) but beware that as they are not properly placed in the world, it may count as cheating!
* T-45d Power Armors fixed to all use the same Power Armor audio template and to have proper Ragdoll Constraints.
* Normal (non-Brotherhood) T-45d Power Armor now use US Army decals instead of Brotherhood ones.
* Kings Outfit is now repairable with other Kings Outfits and use the Tunnel Snake Outfit icon.
* "Leather Armor, Reinforced" has been renamed "Leather Armor (Reinforced)".
* Basic Combat Armors (non-Reinforced ones) has been fixed to use the same Medium audio template and to have the same stats. They can all be used to repair each other.
* The black Combat Armor has been renamed "Van Graff Combat Armor" instead of just "Combat Armor". The quest item "Van Graff Combat Armor" has been renamed "Van Graff Issued Armor".
* Fixed the Dirty Pre-War Businesswear not having a proper female grey texture.
* Fixed the Grimy Pre-War Businesswear using the same textures as the Dirty version.
* Fixed the Wastehound Helmet female texture not to be blackened around the non-existing hair.
* Chinese Stealth Armor now has proper female gloves.
* All "Raider" items like the Raider Sadist Armor are now called "Fiend". All Fiend Armors have less Weight, as FOOK did for Fallout 3.
* Pipboys for NPCs now use the correct PC textures rather than Xbox 360.
Cells:
* Added a workbench in the Nellis Mess Hall & Munitions Storage. Strangely, it had the right navmeshes, workbench marker and all, even items placed on it. It was just missing.
* The Mister Gutsy in the Nipton "tinker" House cant respawn anymore once killed.
Creatures:
* Fixed many creatures intended to spawn already dead to not respawn.
* Fixed the NCR Guard dogs at one of the HELIOS One outdoor terminal being Very Agressive to everyone, including NCR friends.
Dialogs:
* Fixed many instances of the Strip being called just "the strip", of Rangers being called rangers, etc.
* Fixed many typographic errors in the vanilla dialogs.
* Fixed the three Kings guarding Freeside's north gate having silent dialogs.
Factions:
* Chairmen will now use the Grimy Pre-War Businesswear as their uniform.
* Omerta members will now use the Dirty Pre-War Businesswear as their unform.
Leveled Items:
* NPCs spawning with a Gauss Rifle will now always have at least one Microfusion Cell.
* Fixed the possibility of spawning with a reinforced Combat Helmet rather than a reinforced Combat Armor.
Misc Items:
* Almost all items now use their own unique icon rather than the generic Spare Metal one.
* Cigarette-related items are now called Cigarettes (Carton), Cigarettes (Pack) and Cigarette.
* "Dinky the T-Rex Souvenir" item renamed "Dinky the T. Rex Souvenir".
* The valuable "Lottery Ticket" (same look and unstackable with the other unvaluable "Lottery Ticket" item) has been been renamed "Winning Lottery Ticket".
* Various Vault water Canteens models added. They behave like the Pre-Order Vault 13 Canteen (excepted that the "you take a sip from your Canteen" message happens only once) but are home-made by the FOOK team! The Vault 21 one can be found in the Vault 21 Gift Shop.
Notes and Terminals:
* Fixed typos in various notes.
* Mayor Steyn's Terminal (Nipton) will have the right titles associated with the right notes now. Also removed a leftover script reference to the Helios One questline.
* Fixed a dozen of Notes in various parts of the Strip and in Hoover Dam to be player-owned (no more karma loss for "stealing" those).
NPCs:
* Fixed many NPCs intended to spawn already dead to not respawn.
* Primm's plain "Convicts" renamed "Escaped Convicts" to fit with the already existing "Escaped Convicts" / "Escaped Convict Leader".
* Nipton's dead "Wastelanders" renamed "Nipton Residents".
Quests:
* "For The Republic, part 2" renamed to just "For the Republic". Unless someone finds the first part...
Weapons:

* Boone's Scoped Hunting Rifle will now use proper Hunting Rifle sounds.
World:
* A Map Marker has been added to the crashed plane near the Nipton Road Pit Stop. It's called "Crashed Airliner".
