Yes, exactly. It should work like this:
IF Focused enemy is in weapon range: deal damage to him (this is how gothic already works)
IF Focused enemy is NOT in weapon range AND some other enemy is in weapon range: deal damage to enemy in weapon range

You can check the version of this mod on Steam Workshop. I updated it with Slavemaster patches and the FixedAnims plugin. I remember I did some cleaning with the FixedAnims, as far as I know the version on Steam Workshop works properly.

I'm having a problem with Native While.
I made new learning cost calculations using while loop. I placed the new .D files in my .mod archive in SYSTEM/AUTORUN/GOTHIC2_MODFIX. I called them NEW_B_GETLEARNCOSTTALENT.D and NEW_B_TEACHFIGHTTALENTPERCENT.D.
I also made SRC file in SYSTEM/AUTORUN...
I just exctracted the scripts from 1.4 gothic.dat, using GothicSourcer. You can do it too, first unpack the .mod file with Vdfs tool and then create a new solution in GothicSourcer and decompile. You can do it with every mod that doesn't use scriptpackets like LeGo, Ikarus or AST.

Wow, I play gothic for 15 years and I didn't even know you can use turning buttons for side attacks. Thanks! Now G1 controls seem to be the best option. How about G2 controls? Do you think it is fixable?
