    ok cool old walkthrough said he did so was not sure mezir has a quest where u supposed to lead him there but if he teleports there anyway u can talk to him and instantly finish the quest

    kinda sad some of the scrolls do zero damage at the start of the game like fireball does less damage than u just attacking :/
