A program run by "Run as administrator" has "Drag & drop" broken. If you run without this option, it is ok. Strange XD.

Ok, Now I understand. However, many games have "Master volume" and "Sfx Volume". I didn't know "Sfx Volume = Master Volume".
EDIT: I checked the plugin again and there are two problems:
1. "Loop" doesn't work. If you don't change the music zone and the music stops, it won't play again.

I checked the fix and:
1. Music volume works correctly (if sfx volume is not 0).
2. Music on/off didn't work.
3. If "Sfx volume" is "0", the music will stop playing.
PS. Does music have no loop? I guess the song didn't start playing again after it was finished.
